Need a quiet place to study or work on a group project? We’ve got you covered! Our study rooms are open for student use with a quick and easy reservation process. Follow the steps below to book your room and review our simple policies to keep everything running smoothly.

 

How to Reserve a Study Room 

Step 1: Scan the QR Code on the Door 
Each study room has a QR code posted outside. Scan it with your phone to access the reservation system. 

Step 2: Choose Your Reservation Time 
Select the correct date and time for your session (up to 2 hours max). Double-check that your time slot is accurate! 

Step 3: Fill Out the Reservation Form 
Include the following: 

• Event Title: Your Name 
• Calendar: Study Room Number 
• G#: Your Student ID Number 
• Class: Course name 
• 2nd G# (if applicable): A second Student ID if studying with someone else 

Step 4: Check In at the Front Desk 
Press Save, then stop by the front desk and show your Student ID to confirm your reservation. 

 

Reserve Your Study Room 

 

Study Room Policies 

1. Reservations are for a maximum of 2 hours per day. 
2. Study use only. Rooms are prioritized for academic purposes. 
3. Show your ID when you arrive to access your reserved room. 
4. You can book up to 2 weeks in advance. Reservations beyond that will be canceled. 
5. Respect the space. Only drinks with lids and small snacks are allowed. 
6. Stick to the room capacity. If your group is too large, you may be asked to leave. 
7. 15-minute grace period. If you don’t check in within 15 minutes, your reservation will be canceled.
