A: To enroll to IVC, please visit the “CCCApply” application page.
Q: I need a transcript, what do I do?
A: For current students: Official Transcript orders can be placed through WebStar. For
former students: Official Transcript orders can be ordered through Parchment.com.

Q: I sent a transcript to IVC, did you receive it?
A: Please contact Admissions & Records at (760) 355-6101 or submit a “Contact Form” request and we will reply as soon as possible.
Q: How do I get proof of enrollment?
A: For proof of enrollment, students can submit a “Verification of Enrollment” form. Please allow 3 business days for processing.
Q: I need a password reset. What's the process?

or submit a “Contact Form” request and we will reply as soon as possible.
NOTE: Please be prepared with your IVC ID# (G#) and personal information to verify your

Q: How do I get my IVC email?
A: To view your IVC email, login to WebStar, click on “General” under the “Student Self
Service Links” option and click on “Personal Information.”
NOTE: Your E-mail pin/password is the same as your WebStar pin/password.
Q: What is the process for First Time Logins?
A: For the first time login process, please view the “Portal Guard First Login Setup Steps” guideline.
Q: How to remove the One-Time Passcode (OTP) requirement for students that have already
gone through the First Login Steps process

Q: I have a grade change pending, what do I do?
A: Please email your instructor to confirm that they submitted the grade change request.
Once approved, the grade change will be processed as soon as A&R receives them. Any
pending Incompletes or Grade Changes will be completed as they are received and will
continue to receive them until the end of the semester to allow faculty to submit
the grade changes.
Q: Where can I request a duplicate diploma/certificate?
A: Duplicate Diplomas/Certificates can be requested through “Parchment.com” for a fee of $25 dollars per request.
Q: I'm a former student from before 1980 and I need a transcript. Can I order my transcript?
A: Many students that attended before 1980 require a "Build History" which takes time
to build. These will be processed after campus is opened as records from microfilm
need to be accessed.
Q: I am a high school student and would like to take a class at IVC. Is that possible?
A: Yes, this is what we call being a Concurrent Enrollment student. For more information,
please visit the “K-12 Concurrent Enrollment” information page. Follow the instructions and complete the application packet in
full by Friday, June 6, 2025, for the Summer 2025 Semester.

possible?
