Imperial Valley College has appointed Parchment LLC as the designated agent for processing
official transcripts.
For former students: Go directly to www.parchment.com (current student may also use this link)
For current students:
- Click on WEbStar (If you do not remember your Password/PIN contact IVC Admissions & Record at 760-355-6101
and we can assist you with resetting your Password/PIN
- Click on Student Services Menu
- Click on Student Records
- Click on Order Official Transcript
- Start Transcript order
The official transcript fee is $5 per transcript.
Overnight service is available for an additional $30.
Transcript requests to be mailed are processed and mailed within 2 business days.
Transcript requests for students with record prior to 1980 will require additional
processing time.
IVC Evaluation time: You must be currently enrolled at IVC.
Please note, it takes up to 60 days from the start of your current semester to evaluate
your transcript.

Did you attend other Colleges?
WE NEED THOSE TRANSCRIPTS!
We need all your Official Transcripts on file.
Many students attend other colleges such as SDSU, University of Phoenix, Grossmont,
Southwestern, San Diego City, or any other college where you earned credits.
If you have not submitted an official transcript, please do so ASAP.
If you applied for graduation, and we do not have your transcripts, this will cause
a delay on awarding your degree or certificate.
