Why We Created the Fund
The Career Services Center proudly provides free career services to Imperial Valley
College students and alumni. The Desert Warriors Career Success Fund was created to
expand opportunities and provide additional resources that help remove financial barriers
and prepare students and alumni for career success.
Through the generosity of our donors, we can enhance career development opportunities
and provide meaningful experiences that empower students to achieve their career goals.
Your support helps students prepare fo interviews, internships, and employment by
providing professional clothing when items are not available through the Career Closet
Your contribution expands career readiness workshops, industry tours, networking events,
employer engagements activities, and career exploration opportunities that connect
students with real world work.
Support paid internships and career development experiences that help students gain
real-world experience, build professional skills, and prepare for successful careers.
