The Catastrophic Leave Program permits employees of the district to donate eligible leave credits to other employees when recipients or their families suffer from acatastrophic illness or injury.

You are able to donate leave credits electronically using the Catastrophic Pool Donation Digital Form located on our Human Resources Forms page or directly at Catastrophic Pool Donation Form.
You will receive an email confirmation of donated leave credits once the hours have been deducted from your personal accrual balances. All donations of eligible leave time are irrevocable.
