Imperial Valley College students will soon have access to brand-new, affordable housing located on the SDSU Imperial Valley campus in Calexico, just a short 5-minute walk from two Calexico-to-IVC Express bus stops. Developed in partnership with SDSU Imperial Valley and The Scion Group, this new student housing community offers a convenient, connected, and supportive living environment for IVC and SDSU students alike.
Living here means joining a vibrant student community where friendships, collaboration, and growth can thrive, all while staying focused on your academic goals and enjoying easy access to campus and transit.
Students interested in learning more are invited to attend the IVC Housing Forum on March 31 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Room 2131, where details on housing features, eligibility, and the application process will be shared. Families are also welcome to attend and explore this exciting opportunity together.

The housing community, shared with SDSU Imperial Valley students, is supported by 24/7 patrol services, with officers regularly monitoring the campus and surrounding areas and available to respond to concerns at any time.
For added peace of mind, the Calexico Police Department is located just 0.2 miles from campus. A live-in community manager is also on site to provide support, answer questions, and help create a welcoming, student-centered environment where you can feel at home.
