Apply to EOPS

Welcome potential EOPS students! We thank you for your interest in our Program and we look forward to serving you!
There are TWO ways to access and complete the EOPS Program Application, though you only need to complete one application:

1. WebSTAR
Please login to your WebSTAR account as you normally would and then click on "Student Services" at the top of the page followed by "Registration." Once you are on the "Registration" page you will find the EOPS Application link at the bottom of the page. Just click on "Apply to EOPS" to access the application.

2. Direct Link
In order to complete the EOPS application, each applicant will need to provide the following login credentials:
Username: ivc.eops
Password: e0ps@pp

(Please note that the 0 in the password is a zero not the letter o)

 

Special Notes:
For FALL semester applicants, please be advised that the Program will notify you via email of your application status by late August.
For SPRING semester applicants, please be advised that the Program will notify you via email of your application status by mid-February.
The Program only admits students in the fall and spring terms.
Students are welcome to apply to the Program at any time and students will be placed on the waitlist for the next immediate acceptance term if the application period for the current term has closed

 

Check on Status of EOPS Application/Verify EOPS Counselor

To check the status of your application, please login to your WebSTAR account as you normally would and then click on "Student Services" at the top of the page followed by "Registration." Once you are on the "Registration" page you will find the EOPS Application link at the bottom of the page. Just click on "Apply to EOPS/Check Status of Application" to check your application status. You may want to continue to check the status of your application periodically until the status has been updated. Once the status of your application has been updated, you will verify if you have been "Accepted" to EOPS and will find the name of your assigned EOPS Counselor.
