Program Services
We are a program that offers a holistic case management approach for students that
have experiences with foster care or homelessness.
- Counseling
- Book Assistance (first come, first served)
- Emergency assistance (Food, Housing, Laptops, Mobile Phones)
- Bi-weekly/ Monthly Educational Case Management & Follow-up Services
- Weekly Workshops
- Referrals to community Resources
Workshop topics include, but are not limitted to the following:
- Self Care/Wellness
- Motivation/Study Skills
- Financial Literacy
- Education
- Career/Employment skills
- Community Resources
- Social Media Safety
