Program Services

We are a program that offers a holistic case management approach for students that have experiences with foster care or homelessness.

• Counseling
• Book Assistance (first come, first served)
• Emergency assistance (Food, Housing, Laptops, Mobile Phones)
• Bi-weekly/ Monthly Educational Case Management & Follow-up Services
• Weekly Workshops
• Referrals to community Resources

 

Workshop topics include, but are not limitted to the following:

• Self Care/Wellness
• Motivation/Study Skills
• Financial Literacy
• Education
• Career/Employment skills
• Community Resources
• Social Media Safety
