IVC will be ending service with the current disbursements provider, BlackBoardPay. Any students with the  MyCashCard prepaid debit card are notified that the card and ATM access will shut-off after all Fall disbursements on 2/28/19. It is recommended that after you receive your final Fall Disbursement you call Money Network at 1-800-822-4283 to have your funds transferred to a personal account. If you take no action, a paper check will be mailed to you with your remaining balance after the shut-off date.

IVC has partnered with a new disbursements provider, BankMobile Disbursements, to deliver financial aid to students beginning on 1/11/2019.­­ 

The new refund program will give you the following options for receiving refunds:

  • · Electronic Deposit To Another Account
  • · Electronic Deposit To A BankMobile Vibe Account

All current financial aid students will be asked to select a refund delivery preference from the options listed above. Here's what you need to do:

1. Update your mailing address

BankMobile will mail a Refund Selection Kit to the current mailing address you have on WEBSTAR. If you're not sure that IVC has your current mailing address, please take a moment to login to WEBSTAR to update your mailing address information.

2. Look for the green envelope

Starting the week after 11/9/2018, look for your Refund Selection Kit, it will arrive in a bright green envelope to your address on file with IVC. It contains your personal code for making your refund preference selection.

3. Visit to make your choice

Once your kit arrives, go to and enter your personal code to get started. Then simply select how you'd like to receive your money. If you select the BankMobile Vibe account as your refund choice, you will receive a temporary virtual Debit MasterCard® to use until your physical card arrives in the mail.  If you need assistance, please visit the Financial Aid Lab in Building 1700.
