Effective October 1, 2023, the administrator for ICSVEBA's eligibility and claims for stateside plan options transitions from Anthem ASO to Delta Health Systems. All members will receive new member ID cards with their unique member number. Member cards with Anthem ASO information are invalid as of October 1, 2023.

Understanding Your CalSTRS benefits
Eligible employees have the option to set additional money aside for retirement on a pre-tax basis by electing a 403b and 457 tax shelter plans. Imperial Community College is a member of Envoy Plan Services, a third-party administrator. Contact Envoy to enroll, make changes and access online forms. All forms (enrollment, changes, withdraws, etc. need to be sent directly to Envoy Plan Services.
