In an effort to ensure the Imperial Valley Community College is as safe as possible, the campus will be reopening the screening process starting Tuesday, September 7, 2021.

On Tuesday all four entrances will be open and staffed to screen each person that enters. To speed the process we are asking that everyone please download the IVCSAFE App (instructions below).

To further incentivize vaccinations, those that are vaccinated can upload their Covid-19 shot card to the "IVC Safe" app and receive a campus pass.

Once you upload your vaccine and receive the campus pass you will not have to answer the questions again.

You will come to the entrance show your "BLUE" campus pass and be able to pass the screening point without further questions. This will speed up the entrance process. (see attachment)

To further speed the process "GATE ONE" will be a "Fast Pass" gate. Gate one is only for those with the "BLUE" Campus pass through the IVC Safe App. Come to gate one, show your pass, and you will be admitted.

For those without a phone and who are unable to download the "IVC Safe" App, Gates 2, 3, and 4 will have paper forms for you to complete. We look forward to ensuring a safe campus and safe environment for all.

1. Download the IVC Safe app from the App or Google Play Store

2. Complete the Pre-Screen form before you come on campus to obtain your daily Health Pass

3. Scan the QR code before you enter a building
