Once your application is accepted, you will receive your IVC Student ID (G) number via email within an hour or so.

The Placement of students into English and Math courses will be based on one or more of the following. High School coursework, High School Grades, and High School Grade point average.
If High School records are unavailable or student studied outside the United States: Guided Self-Placement, Self Reported High School GPA will be used. Must see a Counselor.

You can complete Abbreviated Education Plan online or schedule a counseling appointment to complete an Abbreviated or Comprehensive Student Educational Plan.

Apply online for financial aid by completing the FAFSA at www.fafsa.gov. AB 540 students can apply for Cal Grants and free waivers at www.dream.csac.ca.gov.
Access your WebSTAR to see if you have any messages or unsatisfied requirements.
If eligible, you must accept your Terms and Conditions in WebSTAR before funds will be disbursed via debit card or direct deposit.
