Peer Evaluation ~ Group Project ~ Music 102 ~ Jacklich

1.    This evaluation is to be completed after your group has presented their project to the class.  It is to be turned in at the end of the class session in which you presented your project.  Please do not complete this evaluation while other groups are making their presentations or while the class is discussing those presentations.

2.    If you feel that there are significant disparities in the scores you assign, please justify those disparities with written comments on the back of this sheet.  Be as specific as possible.

3.    I will use these Peer Evaluations to assist me in ascertaining the points earned for participation and preparation by individual group members.  These Peer Evaluations are not the sole source for determining an individual group member’s preparation and participation points.  They are my windows into the interactions of the group.

  1. Please write the name of each of your group members, including yourself, in the cells under the column headings Member 1, Member 2, etc.
  2. Using the scale below, score each member of your group, again including yourself, as to how well they met each of the listed criteria.
  3. Total each member’s score at the bottom of the form.
