                                                    BOOK VOUCHERS – FALL 2010

Do You Need A Book Voucher For FALL 2010?
Monday, August 9, 2010 the IVC Financial Aid Office will begin accepting applications for book vouchers.

Who Can Apply?
Students who have completed an application and have received an e-mail stating that they are eligible for a PELL grant.  Students who are in SAP status and have not attended a workshop cannot recieve a bookvoucher. He/She must first complete the mandatory SAP Workshop.

When Can I Apply?
You can begin applying on August 9th. The last day to apply is September 3rd.

Where Do I Apply?
Apply in person in the Financial Aid Office or through ESARS.

What Do I Need To Do?
The student signs up in person or through ESARS.

He/she must wait 48 hours after the closing of the business day in which they applied before they can purchase books.

After 48 hours have passed the student can go to the bookstore to purchase the required textbooks. He/she then provides the cashier with an IVC ID and Fall 2010 class schedule OR brings in a copy of their Fall schedule along with a valid California ID.

Prior to the first PELL disbursement the IVC Financial Aid Office will deduct the amount used at the bookstore from the amount awarded and he/she will receive the difference (refund).
