Teaching Faculty
Teaching faculty on a standard 10-month contract will receive ten equal installments paid on the last working day of the month:  August through December for the Fall semester and February through June for the Spring semester.  There is no regular contract pay in January or July.  

Overload  payment for overload hours will be made in four equal installments on following dates:   October 10, November 10, December 10 and January 9 (Fall semester) and  March 10, April 10, May 8 and June 10 (Spring semester). 

Winter Intersession two payments on on the last working day of January and February.

Summer two payments on the last working day of June and July.

Non-Teaching Faculty and Division Chairs
Non-teaching faculty on 199 day (12 month) contracts will be paid in 12 equal installments on the last working day of each month.  Overload payments will be paid on the 10th of the month (Note:  counselors will be paid June 30 instead of July 10).

Classified Employees  
Regular pay on the last working day of each month.  In December, payday will be the last working day before Winter Break.  

Overtime and night differential will be paid on the 10th of the month.
