For our larger copier models, such as the WorkCentre 5735, 5765, 7120, 7328, 7346, ColorQube and Library models, if you need additional supplies or you have an issue that is preventing the copier from normal operation, please contact Xerox Supplies by calling 800-822-2200 or Xerox Service by calling 800-822-2979 (If you can, please make a note of whatever the error message is before making the call. The support people will usually try and ask you to do some troubleshooting when calling for service, but if the error is significant most likely the machine will need a visit from our local Xerox Technician so just be insistent about needing to place the service call to have someone come and check the copier).
