Service Area Outcomes

 MISSION STATEMENT:

The mission of the Student Learning Outcomes Committee is to assist Imperial Valley College's campus community in the ongoing assessment of courses, programs, and services which lead to student success. (Standard II.a.2.b)

Service Area Outcomes (SAOs)

Service Area Outcomes and written and assessed on a yearly basis.  There are two phases of the assessments:

Phase I - Identification of the opportunity for improvement and selection/design of the assessment tool.  

Phase II - Evaluation of the data collected and discussion of how the information will be used to improve services at IVC.

Submission Deadlines:  2012-2013

Phase I is due December 1, 2012

Phase 2 is due July 31, 2013

For 2011-2012

Phase I is due November 1, 2011

Phase II is due July 31, 2012

For 2010-2011

Phase I is due December 1, 2010.

Phase II is due Summer 2011.
