Students eligible for Financial Aid or who are due a refund will automatically receive an IVC Debit card. A card will be mailed to the address the student has on file with the College.
Students must activate their IVC Debit card in order to receive their Financial Aid or other refund. Choose either EASY REFUND to your IVC Debit Card or ACH transfer to another bank account. To activate, go to www.IVCOne.com
All financial aid grants are paid through the student's account in WebSTAR and any fees owed to the College will be deducted from the total. Students can check their account in WebSTAR to see when payments have been made.
Students: Your first scheduled disbursement is shown on your Award Letter. The amount shown on your Award Letter is for fulltime enrollment--if you are enrolled part-time, the amount will be adjusted downward. Cal Grants, EOPS Grants and CARE Stipends will be disbursed as funds become available.
