Whether you want to work in a hospital, a pharmacy or in the field with municipalities, our Allied Health Department offers the degrees and certificate programs to help you succeed.
Degrees include Registered Nursing (RN), Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN), LVN to RN, and Paramedic. Certificate programs include Licensed Vocational Nursing, Basic Emergency Medical Technician I (EMT), Medical Assisting (MA), and Pharmacy Technician. Additional programs offered are: Health Assistant, Home Health Aide, and Front Office Medical Assisting. Programs are rigorous, exciting, and can lead to meaningful careers in health care.
You will find our faculty to be experts, in their area of instruction, and works together, to provide students with the best health care education available. To help ensure your success, we have an active and innovative Nursing Learning Center and well equipped skills laboratories. All are located in Building 2100.
Informal Pre-Nursing Information Sessions are open to all IVC students interested in a career in Nursing (RN or LVN) or other Allied Health Professions.
